stayed 3 nights in this brilliant small hotel. The rooms are of good size, with comfortable furnishings, and the bathroom is well-appointed, with a proper bath, not just a cheap shower. There's also a nice comfortable lounge, which doubles as a breakfast room. The place is quiet, as it's well away from the main road, and there is ample parking. The owners are very welcoming and attentive, whilst the Scottish breakfast (with haggis, if you so wish!) is quite superb, with freshly- prepared ingredients and no buffet in sight. Highly recommended if you're in the Jedburgh area.Room Tip: If you feel cold, there is an electric oil-filled radiator in the room, and extra blanket. - Phil S
